4. Technology The Basque Paper Cluster, in association with members who manufacture capital goods and with the Paper School in Tolosa, has set up an innovation and technology plan for 2000 - 2004. This plan covers R&D projects annd innovation actions for companies in the sector. The Technology Committee is preparing the projects to be submitted under the Basque Government's INTEK programme for 2000.
